Luftbilder Galmsbuellkoog - Nordfriesland | Luftbilder Galmsbuellkoog - Die Eindeichung von Galmsbüllkoog hatte auch Auswirkungen auf die lokale Kirchengeschichte. Die Planungen für eine eigene Kirche im Alten Christian-Albrecht-Koog verzögerten sich, und stattdessen wurde 1749 eine kostspielige neue Halligkirche errichtet, die jedoch bereits 1800 wieder abgerissen wurde. Es dauerte fast 90 Jahre, bis 1742 ein Bauplatz für eine eigene Kirche ausgewiesen wurde.
